Raw Vitality SaladRaw Vitality Salad

Serves 2

1/2 Bunch of Kale, finely chopped and stems removed

1/2 packed cup of Arugula, finely chopped

1 small Sweet Potato or 1 medium Carrot, grated

Handful of Wild-Crafted Plantain Leaves, minced

Hefty pinch of Wild-Crafted Strawberry Leaves, minced

Small pinch of Wild-Crafted Clover Leaves, minced

Small pinch of Wild-Crafted Sheep Sorrel, minced

2 Spring Onion greens, minced

for salad dressing

1/4 cup of Olive Oil or other choice oil

1 fresh-squeezed medium-sized Lemon

2 Tbsp Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

1-2 tsps of raw honey

1/3 cup of Bragg Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

½ inch knob of fresh Ginger, minced

1 small clove of garlic, minced

1 Tbsp raw unpasteurized Honey

1/8 tsp Himalayan Sea Salt

Directions:

Combine freshly minced vegetables in a large bowl. Blend dressing ingredients in a Nutri-Bullet or vigorously in a jar. Pour over salad. Toss and serve.
